Cemented Carbide Ball Processing

① Select the appropriate grade based on different applications, and place tungsten carbide, cobalt, and other powders into a ball mill to form a uniform granular powder.

② Cold isostatic pressing or die pressing can be used to press the powder into spherical blanks, followed by finishing treatment.

③ After high-temperature vacuum sintering, hot isostatic pressing is used to further eliminate internal pores and improve material density and strength.

④ Coarse grinding and fine grinding are performed to further improve surface processing defects and enhance the surface quality and accuracy of the spheres.

⑤ The qualified spheres are ultrasonically cleaned and subjected to final quality inspection, such as dimensional inspection and performance testing.
