We produced tungsten sheet by powder metallurgy process, First of all, using isostatic pressing technology to make the tungsten powder die casting molding, then using high temperature sintering production of tungsten plate, At this point, we can directly delivery the tungsten plate to the customer, If the customer need tungsten sheet, we can continue rolling tungsten plate produce the tungsten sheet. We usually adopt cold rolling, warm rolling, hot rolling with the combination of methods, this method can effectively improve the mechanical properties of tungsten sheet, the surface finish of tungsten sheet can achieve the specular level.
