  • Tungsten alloy bucking bar is a work tool received behind work surfaces to provide a backing member in applying impact fasteners and including intermitted toolhead and handle parts with a low-recoil impact-absorbing spacer provided there between to take shock loads in compression and shear.

  • For transport of prepared syringes with radiopharmaceuticals, as desired in several sizes and with several shielding capacities (3, 6 mm Pb)

  • The crankshaft, sometimes casually abbreviated to crank, is the part of an engine which translates reciprocating linear piston motion into rotary motion.

  • Tungsten radiation shielding products
    Tungsten Vial shield, with a custom made tungsten lid capable of receiving and guiding three needles to pierce the vial septum, to be used with a fully automatic system of dispensing.

  • Balance weight relates to an internal combustion engine, and more specifically to an engine equipped with a mechanical governor for holding an engine revolution speed at a predetermined value though an engine load varies as well as a decompression device for decreasing a starting torque at the time of starting operation of the engine.

  • In order to achieve the perfect swing racket needs to be properly balanced, so it would enhance player’s strengths and slightly correct mistakes. China Tungsten can provide tungsten alloy for tennis racket balance weights to improve player’s performance.

  • Tungsten alloy tip is in small volume with high density, which means tungsten alloy tip could be used in some fields need the little but heavy parts, such as counterweights for racing car, boat, yacht; sailboat, airplane, helicopter, racket, tank, etc. especially, some fields concerning with precision instrument, such as mobile phone tungsten alloy vibrator, clock cube, self-winding watches, anti-vibration toll holders, flywheel weights, etc.

  • A counterweight is also used in many rotating systems to reduce vibrations due to imbalances in the rotating assembly. A typical example is counterweights on crankshafts in piston engines.

  • tungsten nickel copper alloy

    Description:
    Tungsten-nickel-copper alloy is made of tungsten, nickel, copper and other chemical elements in appropriate proportion. Alloys are mainly with over 85% tungsten and low amounts of nickel, copper, etc. The ratio of added nickel and copper is normally 3:2.WNiCu alloys are produced in processes of liquid phase sintering and added elements alloying, etc. Due to various characteristics and uses of the alloy, the compositions can be divided into main series of W-Ni-Fe, W-Ni-Cu, W-Co, W-WC-Cu, W-Ag, etc.

    Application:
    1.WNiCu alloy is widely used in fields of aerospace, aviation, military and oil drilling;
    2.It is also applied for electrical instrumentation, medical and industrial purpose;
    3.WNiCu alloys can also used for producing balancing weights, high temperature moulds, electro-heat upsetting anvil block, the core of armour piercing shell and protection shields for high-energy rays.

    Features:
    1.Tungsten-nickel-copper alloy has a high density of 16.8g/cm3 to 18.75g/cm3;
    2.It has high tensile strength from 700 to 1000 MPa;
    3.It owns strongly absorbed radiation capacity, which is about 30% to 40% higher than that of lead;
    4.WNiCu alloy has large coefficient of thermal conductivity, which is five times higher than mold steel;
    5.The coefficient of thermal expansion is fairy small. The coefficient only accounts for 1/3 to 1/2 of iron or steel’s;
    6.Tungsten-nickel-copper alloy possesses good conductive property, high strength as well as good weldability and workability;
    7.WNiCu alloy is a kind of non-magnetic metal.

    Parameters of WNiCu Alloys:
    90-97% WNiCu alloy tube as high temperature moulds
