We make raw Iridium material high purity and make the ingot by vacuum induction melt furnace.
Our rolling mills enable us to produce high density iridium plate good for making crucibles. -
There two kind of Iridium crucibles : flat bottom and curved bottom. Temperature field is the main character which affect the crystal growth. The most used crucibles is flat bottom , in some condition , changed the flat bottom to curved bottom can improved temperature field obviously . Can improve many crystal growth condition.

Iridium is a platinum group metal with atomic number 77. Ir is very hard and brittle metal with silvery color. Iridium has great corrosion resistant even at high temperature as 2000C. Iridium is an ideal material for tip of spark plugs and has been used to make crucible for artificial crystals manufacturing

Our seed holders are made of high purity Iridium material , and we can design and fabricate them depending on shape of seed crystal and holder axial.
