  • There are three types of tungsten balls–pure tungsten ball, tungsten alloy ball and tungsten carbide ball.
Pure tungsten ball has the highest density among tungten balls, which iis over 19.2g/cm3. Pure tungsten ball also has the highest melting pointing.

  • Tungsten boat/crucible is mainly used in metallurgical industry, machinery processing, glass and ceramic industries, as well as containers for coating materials

  • A tungsten contact disc is treated by burnishing, so as to smooth and compact the contact surface and remove the surface-crazed metals and oxides, while simultaneously filling the surface pores with a contaminant such as iron. The contaminants present in the pores are subsequently removed by immersing the contact disc in a dissolving agent, and the remaining natural oxides of the tungsten are removed from the walls of the pores by cathodic reduction, to create large pore sites, which are free of oxides and contaminants.

  • Products Feature:
    1. Excellent Conductivity
    2. Resistence of high temperature.
    3. Abrasion and Erosion.
    4. Suitable for making heating wires.
    5. Twisted wires for coating films under vacuum and for tungsten wires in electrical light sources usage.

    Application:
Tungsten is widely used as refractory metals. In wire form, tungsten wire is essential for the production of lighting products and other goods where its high temperature properties are of use. Among its properties are a melting point of 3410° C, a low coefficient of thermal expansion and low vapor pressure at elevated temperatures along with good electrical and thermal conductivity.
The important applications of tungsten wire are for the production of coiled incandescent lamp filaments, cathode and support structures for power tubes, heating elements for high temperature furnaces and evaporation sources in metallizing processes. Thicker sizes of tungsten wire, straightened, finish-ground and cut into rod pieces are widely used for glass-to-metal seal lead parts in the lighting and electronic industries.

  • Tungsten filament is arguably the key component of the incandescent lamp business.

  • Tungsten granule/pellet is the processiong of tungsten metal into small particles, also known as tungsten flux.
