Tungsten Copper Alloy Rods For Electrode Counter Weight

Tungsten Copper Alloy Rods is a tungsten copper composite material, which has excellent heat resistance, ablation resistance, high strength, excellent thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity of tungsten copper. Tungsten copper alloy is easy to process. WCu alloys are widely used in engine, electric power, electronics, metallurgy, aerospace, aviation and other industries.

The manufacturing process is as follows: the refractory metal is pressed, the pressed compact is sintered at high temperature, and then mixed into copper. All of this is done under very tightly controlled conditions.

Tungsten Copper Alloy Rods application:

1) arc contacts and vacuum contacts in high and medium voltage circuit breakers or vacuum interrupters

2) Resistance welding electrodes

3) Electrode of EDM cutting machine

4) Heat sinks as passive cooling elements for electronic equipment
